- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Write and distribute products, correspondence shipping’s
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Maintain Finance System and Updates
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
- Arranging post and deliveries.
The person must be proficient in Information Technology and must be willing to work on Saturdays.
Working with accounting and management system with teams, monitor products stocks and processing customers and clients bills and payments. Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
